Early Access & Eligibility

SpendAI is currently an early-access product intended for business testing and evaluation. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Services on behalf of your organization.

Sandbox Environment

Certain features, including cards, payments, bill pay, treasury, balances, transactions, cashback, yields, and other financial functionality, may be simulated. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no real cards are issued and no real funds are deposited, transferred, invested, or otherwise moved through these sandbox features. Sample data may be created automatically for demonstration purposes.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not use SpendAI for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

AI-Powered Features

SpendAI may provide AI-generated insights, forecasts, classifications, recommendations, and workflow suggestions. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them or take action.

No Financial Advice

SpendAI's early-access Services are provided for testing, informational, and evaluation purposes. AI-generated information does not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and SpendAI does not guarantee financial outcomes.

Pricing & Future Financial Products

Some or all Services may be free during early access. Displayed future pricing, rewards, yields, credit products, or other financial features may change before general availability and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of availability.

Intellectual Property & Feedback

SpendAI and its software, technology, designs, and content remain the property of SpendAI or its licensors. You may provide feedback, which SpendAI may use to improve its products without obligation or compensation.

SpendAI may rely on third-party infrastructure and technology providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may change or become unavailable.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The early-access Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendAI disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes, Termination & Contact
